Believe it or not, we have an incredible amount of control over how our brains work. A healthy mind can lead to a happier, healthier and more fulfilling existence, so it's definitely worth the effort. Besides, in many cases, exercising the brain game be a lot of fun (think making music, socializing, or playing brain games), and who among us wouldn't benefit from a little more diversity and fun in our lives?
